In order to always obtain safe and accurate results, analytical equipment must be checked (i.e. qualified). Especially in the pharmaceutical and GxP environment, the authorities have increased requirements in this regard.
True to the motto "keep your instruments qualified", the perfect condition of the analytical instruments must be verified in accordance with the applicable guidelines, i.e., they must be expertly tested and the results documented. This applies to new installations (Installation Qualification, IQ) as well as to instruments and systems in operation (Operation Qualification, OQ).
However, whether a qualification according to the IQ/OQ methodology reflects the true condition of an analyzer system depends not least on whether the digitally acquired and recorded data and processes can be manipulated.
GERSTEL offers its customers an IQ/OQ software tool that meets the highest security standards (compliance). The software design is such that all steps are recorded and documented in an unalterable way. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as the highest regulatory authority in the USA, has audited laboratories where GERSTEL has performed IQ/OQ certification and has certified them to be of impeccable quality.
During an online seminar on July 15, 2021, we will introduce you to our GERSTEL IQ/OQ software tool. We will show you how you can easily ensure the proper operation of your analytical instruments and systems, simplify related administrative workflows, and gain a better long-term overview of the quality of your measurement fleet.
Our webinar, held in German, took place on July 15, 2021.
