Service is an indispensable and essential part of the GERSTEL offering.

Regional service/support teams and trained distributors ensure that you get comprehensive and qualified service and software support.
The regional presence enables a rapid on-site response.

Instrument Qualification (OQ/PV) 

If your instrument was ordered with Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, or Performance Verification (OQ/PV), the Qualification will be performed in connection with the installation in your laboratory. 
This includes analytical test runs using defined parameter tests to ensure the accuracy and precision of your system.
We also check the performance of your instrument and provide the associated documentation.
If there is a change in the method or in the configuration, or if a new application has been set up on the system, a renewed Qualification may be necessary.

Service Contracts 

GERSTEL Service Contracts can be selected according to the needs of your laboratory. Three different levels are offered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 
Service Contracts include an annual Preventive Maintenance to ensure that your GERSTEL instrument delivers a long and reliable life of productive service with minimal unplanned downtime.
