The durability of bioplastics and biocomposite materials is being investigated in the Bebio2 research network.
Bio-based plastics are currently hardly used by industry for production of durable products.
The hope is to reduce the currently prevailing skepticism towards bio-based plastics based on the research results.
Project 10 aims to determine the properties of bio-polyamide, in particular focusing on aging properties.
